We make sure that the items delivered to you are safe and in excellent condition. Our delivery guys will check them one by one and hand you an acknowledgement form to fill out and sign to confirm that the items you received during the time of delivery are in great condition. However, we entertain exchange requests within 7 days if the item is found really defective. You will just need to pay for the delivery fee. You will just need to present the original receipt to our delivery guy. Per DTI ruling, We do not entertain changes in cases when you simply changed your mind.
Returns or Cancellation of Order
We allow cancellation of order a day before the actual delivery date. If cancellations are done during the day of the delivery we require:
- Cash on Delivery: PHP300 cancellation fee for payments done using cash on delivery. We also require you to pay using credit card on the next transaction until a red mark on your account has been removed by the system. If the cancellation fee is not settled, no orders will be entertained until this cancellation fee is paid.
- Paypal/Credit card/Debit card: PHP500 cancellation fee for customers who used credit card, debit card or Paypal during the transaction.
We impose cancellation fees because of huge logistic costs associated with preparing your order. This can also be true to orders with fresh goods such as fruits, vegetables, and seafood because these items are highly perishable and cannot be resold once the customer cancelled the order during the day of the delivery.
